You won’t find the Google Pinyin download page – even if you use Chrome on a Chromebook.
When you upgrade to the next major version, programs such as GooglePinyinDaemon. The problem here is that Google won’t be updating GooglePinyinDaemon.
Google is perfectly happy for Google Pinyin to only appear in Google products, such as Chrome.
